I went in there this morning because I tried to cut my own hair did a terrible job. Anyways walked in and this blonde bubbly lady helped me and was so understanding of my handy work. I think she did a great job. I would highly recommend them. She got me to talking and it seemed like seconds and I was done. Good people, don't remember my stylist name but she was very good.

I signed in online as requested. I got to the store at the requested time and checked in. I was next in line with a approximate wait time of 16 minutes. 30 minutes later a stylist called for the next customer in line but my name had been deleted from the list. I told the stylist that I got skipped over and she said in a sarcastic tone she won't let make sure I was next. That didn't happen, I got skipped again. I have been a faithful customer of Sport Clips but never again.

Horrible experience. It was very obvious that the lady cutting my hair did not care about how it turned out in the slightest, was too busy trying to talk to other people and finish my hair cut super fast. She chopped my hair so bad I will probably go to a different haircut place so they can try to fix it. I wish I could give zero stars, and I am extremely upset I paid for somebody to make my hair look worse than it did.
