The atmosphere was exciting but relaxing for myself, as a client. They knew exactly what I wanted even with my failed attempt to explain it! They really care about you and make sure you're happy when you leave. The MVP was definitely worth the couple extra dollars and only took a few minutes of our time, I will be going back for sure!

I was sitting in the lobby waiting on a specific stylist and I was up next until she moved another customer up ahead of me on the board. Since I had selected a specific stylist several other people that had chosen first available moved ahead of me. If she was going to substitute a person in front of me the least she could have done was move me to the first available. I did not even get offered an explanation as to why I went from on deck to a 30 minute wait!
