I signed in online as requested. I got to the store at the requested time and checked in. I was next in line with a approximate wait time of 16 minutes. 30 minutes later a stylist called for the next customer in line but my name had been deleted from the list. I told the stylist that I got skipped over and she said in a sarcastic tone she won't let make sure I was next. That didn't happen, I got skipped again. I have been a faithful customer of Sport Clips but never again.

Online check in is really bad and doesn’t work. I told girl at store and she said there’s nothing she can do about it.... ended up waiting 40 mins.... uughh...

My son was was super excited about getting his hair cut. Since my husband also needed a cut I decided sports clips would be a great place for a family of a young athlete to get his hair cut in a style of his choosing. Upon arrival it became clear that this sports clips only values grown male customers. While my husband comfortably received a hair cut my young 7 year old son received nothing but scolding from the " hair specialist". " Sit up straight!" I can't do this if you sit like that!". His first experience at this ended up feeling like a punishment. The "stylists" chair side manner was lacking for sure! All in all I will be taking my child elsewhere for hair cuts due to the excruciatingly poor manner my boy was treated.
